FME resurfaced the main carriageway at a busy Yorkshire retail park over two night shifts, keeping public access open and avoiding disruption to daytime trading.

The Challenge

The programme combined drainage replacement, surfacing, traffic-calming measures and lining within a short overnight window, while adverse weather and a live retail environment demanded careful coordination.

Our Solution

We replaced approximately 20 metres of damaged Aco drainage, installed two speed ramps, planed and resurfaced the carriageway to 50mm, then reinstated road markings and directional arrows.
